Jeff Loritz

Counseling Intern

Jeff Loritz is a Mental Health Counseling student intern here at Branches.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and is currently completing his Master’s in Counseling from The Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine. Jeff has been married for over 30 years and enjoys spending time with his wife going antique shopping, vising great restaurants, watching football, enjoying his family, and sharing the love of Jesus to others.

Jeff’s desire to help people stems from a lifelong passion to serve others in his community. He has extensive experience as a firefighter-paramedic, crisis response counselor, chaplain, and church ministry leader. Utilizing his extensive life experiences, education, and training, Jeff guides his clients as they work through traumatic events and problematic behavioral patterns. His greatest hope for people is to discover their true purpose and talents in a safe therapeutic environment. He is looking forward to the opportunity of helping you or your family overcome anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, trauma or life’s numerous other struggles. Transform a mediocre life of barely coping to a life of exceptional thriving.

The belief of Branches that human beings should experience the grace and peace of God also connects with Jeff’s own personal value as a Christian care giver. Jeff is currently available for counseling at both the Murfreesboro and Christ Church, Nashville locations.

While Jeff is at Branches working toward graduation requirements, he will be working under the supervision and licensure of Tracey Robison, LPC-MHSP, M. Ed., Clinical Director of Branches.
