We offer counseling in four Middle-Tennessee locations and also offer the convenience of tele-counseling for any resident of Tennessee. Our counseling services are available for all adults and children (ages 5+).

- Trauma-Informed Care (The Murray Method and EMDR)
- Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy

Affordable
Cost: $115 per session
We offer income-based discounted rates for this service and scholarship is available if needed. We don't want cost to be a hurdle.

Branches - Nashville
Appointments are pre-scheduled.
Directions:
- Branches-Nashville is located within Christ Church Nashville.
- From Old Hickory Blvd., please enter the main entrance to Christ Church at the traffic light (not the Barefoot Republic entrance).
- Once you turn onto the campus at the traffic light a sign on your right with arrows will direct you to the office entrance.
- Please park in the front parking lot and enter through the double glass doors. It says OFFICES on the outside of the building and BRANCHES on the double doors.
- Upon entering the first set of double doors, please check in using the Branches QR code located on the second set of double doors.
Branches - West Murfreesboro
Appointments are pre-scheduled.
Directions:
- Branches—West Murfreesboro is located within the offices of Christian Life Church (which is located within the house next to the church building).
- Upon arrival, from within your vehicle, please text message your counselor at the following number to let them know you have arrived: (931) 632-3015.
- Your counselor will soon after let you in as the office entrance remains locked at all hours.
Branches - Mount Juliet
Appointments are pre-scheduled.
Directions:
- Branches—Mount Juliet is located in the Towne Center Office Complex, diagonally across from the Mt. Juliet post office.
- When you turn into the office complex, our offices are in the first building on the left.
- Go to the VERY END of that building and turn left into a small parking lot.
- The Branches logo is on the entrance door.
- After entering, the Branches waiting room is within the first door on the left.
- Please have a seat in the waiting area and your counselor will be with you shortly.
Branches - Murfreesboro (Main Office)
Office Hours:
- Monday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Tuesday 8:00 am -5:00 pm
- Wednesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
The above office hours are hours that our Front Desk Staff are available. Clinical hours and available appointment times vary and may extend beyond the hours listed.
