Each of our services are rooted in Christian-values and each of our staff members and providers are believers in Christ. It is because of this that every person that walks through our doors, no matter what beliefs they hold, is loved, cared for, and treated with dignity and respect.
We have offices in 3 counties in Middle Tennessee - Rutherford, Davidson, and Wilson. Virtual visits are also available for most of our services. Children age 5+, teenagers, individuals, couples, and families are finding hope and healing every day at Branches.

With compassion and excellence, we offer mental health counseling, psychiatric medication management, life coaching, support groups, educational and inspirational programs, 5-day intensive outpatient programs, and other services to everyone regardless of financial ability.
