Jenna Burris

Counselor

Jenna earned a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. She also received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in art. She is currently in the process of seeking licensure with the state of Tennessee to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Jenna enjoys working along side of individuals in all stages of life, from children to seniors. She is passionate about art therapy as she has personally seen how much healing can come through art. She has strong interests in play therapy, EMDR, spiritually-focused counseling, and grief counseling. Outside of work, Jenna loves spending time with her husband, family, and Samson (her dog), as well as remaining involved in her church community. She also enjoys painting, being outdoors, traveling on mission trips, and leading worship at her church.

Jenna says, "when the Lord called me to be a counselor, Branches was the only place I could picture myself working. I’m thankful I’ve been placed here to be a part of a ministry that provides what I’m passionate about—hope and healing for the mind, body, and spirit.”
