The counseling office is located in the home/office located just to the right of the Christian Life Church building. Upon arrival, from within your vehicle, please text message your counselor at the following number to let them know you have arrived: (931) 632-3015. Your counselor will soon after let you in as the office entrance remains locked at all hours.

Our offices are located in the Towne Center Office Complex, diagonally across from the Mt. Juliet post office. When you turn into the office complex, our offices are in the first building on the left. Go to the VERY END of that building and turn left into a small parking lot. You will see the Branches logo on the outer door. When you enter that door, there is a waiting room in the first office on the left. Please have a seat in there and your counselor will be with you shortly.

Some of our counselors and medical providers accept insurance. Some of the plans we may accept are: Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna. Please contact us or visit the "Our Team" page for more complete information. Important to note: 1) Please be advised that a counselor who accepts insurance may have a full client load and may not be accepting new clients. 2) We do not have any counselors in the Mt. Juliet office who are currently accepting insurance.
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by clicking on the "Appointment Scheduling" link at the top of the webpage or by calling us. A fee of $50 will be automatically charged to your credit card on file if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time or if you fail to show for your appointment without notifying us.
For most of our services, Branches offers financial assistance through our Reduced Fee or Scholarship Program for those who can't pay for a service. We don't want an inability to pay to stand in the way of you receiving the help you desire. Give us a call for more information.
Branches will see children who are going into, or have already started 6th - 12th grade.
Our counselors are experienced in dealing with all common mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction recovery, marriage and family, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, co-dependency, anger management, and more.
Regrettably, the State of Tennessee does not permit Branches to accept clients who have TennCare or Medicaid insurance, even if the client is willing to come as a self-pay client. The state has designated providers that are pre-authorized to accept these insurances. If you don't show for an appointment or if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will automatically be charged $50 to the credit card we have on file for you. IMPORTANT: If you are using insurance to cover your visits, your insurance company will not cover any portion of this charge, therefore, the full $50 fee will be charged directly to you regardless of your normal copay. In addition, HSA and FSA debit cards cannot cover the costs of late cancellation fees and no show fees.
