Madison Grissom is a Master's-level clinician pursuing licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist. She graduated from Belmont University in 2023 with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Madison utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches and specializes in working with adults navigating life adjustments, relational issues, family dysfunction, grief, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. She holds Level I and Level II training in the Murray Method and incorporates polyvagal theory to help clients regulate their nervous systems and find healing.
Madison believes that every client deserves both voice and choice in their therapeutic journey. She is committed to creating a safe, calming, and holistic environment where clients can heal and grow. Her approach honors each person's unique experience while providing the support and tools needed for meaningful change.
Outside of her clinical work, Madison enjoys spending time outdoors, engaging in joyful movement, baking, connecting with loved ones, and nurturing her spiritual life.
